Altantic Dulse is a red seaweed, full of minerals and nutrients. It has a wonderful naturally smoky, salty flavour which has earned it the name ‘the vegan bacon’. It pairs beautifully with everyday recipes you may normally add bacon too such as egg dishes, potatoes, lasagna, soups, bakes. Dulse is also an extremely popular smoothie ingredient due to it’s naturally cleansing and detoxing properties.
Pacific Harvest’s Dulse is harvested from an organically certified area, air dried to preserve nutrient density and tested for contaminants.
Pacific Harvest offers Dulse in leaf or flake form. We also smoke our Dulse Flakes to create a delicous seasoning which won a gold medal in the 2023 Outstanding Food Producers awards!
Each serve of Pacific Harvest’s Atlantic Dulse offers and excellent source of Iodine and a source of Iron! Gluten, soy and dairy free.
